Freshworks organisation admin required
Installing the app, configuring its iparams (API key, Destination ID), and wiring up the matching Apertur destination (Freshdesk API key or Freshservice OAuth grant) all require an account with the organisation admin role in Freshworks. Regular agents and supervisors cannot complete the setup — make sure your admin is the one driving the install and configuration of the Freshdesk or Freshservice plugin below.
